About the Role
As Stellic’s technical writer, you’ll create educational content for customers and internal teams, to support implementing and using Stellic products. This position participates primarily in communication that affects the customer lifecycle post-sale.
This role combines technical communication and training video creation skills with project management, empathy, and storytelling. The Technical Writer will be a member of cross-functional teams that include subject matter experts from all corners of the company. You’ll be tasked with turning lessons learned from their customer interactions and field experiences into meaningful content for our customers.
